Terms & cancellations

Last updated 8 November 2026. This is a starting template: have it reviewed by a UK solicitor before launch.

SpotlightFor is a project of The Hub Global Business Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17431221), registered office 15 School Close, Northfield, Birmingham, England, B31 2SH. These terms apply to every booking made on this website.

What you are buying

A booking gives you a time-limited, non-transferable right to have your dedication displayed as the primary content of an occasion page (for example /birthday) for the period you select. You do not acquire ownership of any web address, domain, page or other asset, and bookings cannot be resold or transferred.

Exclusivity

Only one dedication is displayed on an occasion page at any time. Your time is reserved once payment is confirmed. While you complete checkout we hold your selected time for 10 minutes.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your spotlight starts. After that, bookings are non-refundable because the time slot can no longer be offered to someone else.

If we cannot display your dedication because of a fault on our side, or if we cancel your booking for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we will refund you in full.

Your content

You must have the right to use any photo you upload, and your dedication must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing or invade anyone's privacy.
Dedications may be reviewed. We may remove content that breaks these rules, and in that case refunds are at our discretion.
You give us permission to display your dedication on the occasion page during your booking, and at its archive link according to your privacy settings.
